Become a better leader! Toastmasters members complete 10 projects to earn their ‘Competent Leadership’ (CL) award. Many of the speaking roles at meetings help fulfill CL projects. Becoming more active in the club either by serving as a Club Officer or supporting club leader also helps you achieve your CL.
